  • Steering and coordination of several projects regarding qualification and professionalisation of retail outlets in China and further pilot markets in Southeast Asia
  • Leading negotiations regarding dealer network quality in two joint venture projects in China (passenger cars and trucks)
  • Consulting of a German-Chinese Automotive JV in building up the dealer network
  • Yearly teaching assignment at three Chinese Universities: Shanxi University of Finance & Economics, Shandong Agricultural University and Wuhan Business University
