My expertise and methods

  • I completed my coaching training 2005 at the Institute for Systemic Coaching and Training (ISCT) in Vienna. My approach to coaching is based on the systemic theory and combines elements from transactional analysis, constructivism, behavioural therapy as well as time and self-management techniques. Through my own long-term leadership and management experience and sound change management skills I am qualified to be your facilitator and sparring partner when difficult situations arise.
  • Over 15 years of coaching expertise with clients from large and medium-size companies as well as non-profit organisations. Member of coaching pool of several multi-national organisations.
  • The coaching sessions take place in a personal conversation or as online-session.
