Another new publication: seven female authors and myself together with publisher Prof. Dr. Ulrike Schwegler have written a book about „People oriented leadership“. We want to show how to succesfully lead people by putting followers and their needs in the center, act with empathy and trust and support and challenge their teams. We as authors are alumnae and professors at FOM University of Applied Studies. As a team we have selected focus topics and describe people oriented leadership from different perspectives.
My article deals with Diversity and describes why diversity is beneficial for companies and how a diversity training can be implemented. We presented the book on 25th of May to the public with Stefanie Münz, Board Member of LBBW Stuttgat as key nore speaker.
