My expertise

  • In cooperation with two other female colleagues, development of the Daimler AG Women’s Network in 1995 and network coordination for several years. The network provides a platform for exchange, learning and professional as well as personal development.
  • Board Member of EWMD (European Women’s Management Development International Network) from 2002-2004. Since 1999 active member of EWMD Baden-Württemberg.
  • Member of FidAR (Initiative for more Women in Supervisory Boards) e.V.
  • Mentor for female junior executives within the framework of the initiative “FiV – Women with Responsibility” and further mentoring programs at universities and in intercultural institutions
